In your first year you’ll be on our Development Track, leading to a Level 3 Teaching Award. In year two, we’ll support you to gain your Cert Ed. With progression, higher earning potential will follow.
What we’re looking for...
- a graduate with a sound academic track record
- GCSE English or Maths at grade A/7 or above or A level at grade B or above
- a confident communicator who enjoys working with 16-18 year-olds
- experience of helping others develop their confidence and ability with English or Maths
