Do you have a background in Business, Leadership & Management? We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, approachable and great at explaining things to people. You will teach and assess groups of apprentices in a range of business, leadership and management courses, up to Level 5. The role includes a variety of responsibilities: a caseload of students to visit in the workplace, support with internal quality assurance and more.
You will need:
- Positive, supportive and passionate, with a can-do attitude
- Organised and reliable
- Ability to inspire students with infectious enthusiasm
- Experience in Business, Leadership & Management
- Ability to explain concepts simply and clearly
- Willing to work towards obtaining teaching, assessment and quality assurance qualifications
- Ideally, qualified assessor and IQA
What you will be doing:
- Training apprentices and wider industry participants
- Marking work, tracking progress and providing feedback
- Supporting, training and mentoring the next generation of professionals
No formal teaching qualification? No problem – training is available to help you work towards gaining one. The £3,000 annual allowance is a Market Forces Supplement – an extra discretionary payment to attract talented staff from industry. It is reviewed annually.
