We're committed to delivering exceptional support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and we're looking for an outstanding EHCP Administration Co-ordinator to help us do just that.
This is a pivotal behind-the-scenes role-keeping processes running smoothly, deadlines on track, and communication flowing across teams.
What You'll Do
- Master the Diary: Keep our team of EHCP officers on track by co-ordinating busy schedules, meetings, reviews and key deadlines.
- Own the Paperwork: Manage essential documents and ensure all processes comply with legal requirements.
- Keep Data Spot-On: Maintain accurate SEN information across college systems so teaching teams always have what they need.
- Support Consultations: Co-ordinate the administrative process for new starter consultations, liaising with schools, local authorities and internal teams.
- Be the Friendly Face: Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Stay Cool Under Pressure: Tackle a busy, ever-changing workload with confidence, problem-solving as you go. Proven administrative experience-ideally in education or SEN support.
- Exceptional organisation and time management (you love a good checklist!).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work with a wide range of people, from parents to professionals.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
