This isn’t a role where your work disappears into a folder; it’s front and centre. From eye‑catching prospectuses and dynamic digital campaigns to large‑scale campus graphics, your creativity will help shape how thousands of learners experience the College.
You’ll be the visual guardian of our brand, leading design across the College and its sub‑brands, turning ideas into polished, audience‑focused creative that works. One day you might be concepting a major recruitment campaign; the next, refining signage, social assets or advertising artwork. Variety is guaranteed.
This is a fully on‑site role at our Hele Road campus. We believe the best ideas happen when creative people collaborate in person, sharing energy, feedback and the occasional coffee‑fuelled breakthrough.
We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio, serious Adobe skills and the confidence to guide colleagues through the creative process. You’ll need to be organized, resilient under pressure and have a genuine appetite to keep evolving your craft.
In return? High standards, high trust and high reward. You’ll benefit from a generous holiday allowance, generous pension contributions and a wide range of additional employee benefits plus the chance to be part of a friendly, ambitious team that takes pride in doing brilliant work.
While this is advertised as a full‑time position, we are ultimately looking for someone who shares our ambition to take the team from outstanding to exceptional. We will therefore consider applications from candidates seeking a minimum of 30 hours per week. Please clearly state your preferred working hours within your supporting statement.
Ambition, Collaboration, Energy These are our values.
Benefits We’ll give you incredibly generous holidays and a superb pension scheme. You’ll also get a package of amazing benefits, including free counselling and discounted supermarket shopping, spa treatments, electric cars and paddleboarding.
Applying for the role Please include a link to your digital portfolio within your supporting statement so we can see your work. Following the closing date, applications will be shortlisted. If you’re successful at this stage, you’ll be invited to complete a design task. A further round of shortlisting will then take place, with selected candidates invited to attend an in‑person interview.
Please note that previous applicants need not apply.
Closing Date: 19th April at midnight. Interview Date: Thursday 30th April. No CVs or agencies please.
