You’ll…
- lead a team of Assessors who help students get the right exam access arrangements
- screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where needed
- keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they are implemented
- manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements
- deliver training and share expertise with staff across the college
- Get involved in college life – supporting open events, helping with invigilation, or being a friendly face around campus.
Role is Exeter based but you will supervise teams across the Exeter & North Devon Group.
Qualifications
- Qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award (essential)
- Proactive, organised and methodical
- Passionate about supporting students
- Experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements
- A great communicator with excellent IT skills
- Thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail
Remuneration
£2,000 retention payment (£1,000 payable at the end of year 1 and year 2). Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
