What you'll be doing
You'll support students with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them thrive in the classroom and build confidence in their learning. You could be working across a wide range of subjects – from foundation courses and vocational programmes to A Levels. Some students may need one-to-one support, while others will benefit from small group sessions. You'll play a key role in helping them stay engaged, develop independence, and achieve their goals. Alongside your role, you'll study towards a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools, giving you the perfect foundation for a career in education.

- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
- A positive, patient, and caring approach

What hours will I work?
This is a full-time, term-time role (38 weeks per year), typically worked across 5 days from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with time built in for your apprenticeship studies. That means you'll benefit from college holidays to recharge, pursue other interests, or balance other commitments.
