Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team recruiting learners for apprenticeship programmes across a range of sectors. This busy, hands‑on role involves shaping our overall apprenticeship recruitment strategy and representing North Devon College at promotional events.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit learners for apprenticeship programmes across various sectors
  • Shape the overall apprenticeship recruitment strategy
  • Represent North Devon College at promotional events and engage potential employers
  • Coordinate recruitment projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Brilliant customer‑service skills
  • Strong communication skills able to talk to people at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Team player who collaborates effectively
  • (Ideally) Experience in sales, recruitment or employer engagement
  • Valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
