About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Community & Operations Intern to help us deliver unforgettable shared experiences across our growing community. You’ll be at the heart of both customer interaction and event operations, gaining hands‑on experience in community engagement, events management, and venue partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly and efficient support via email, WhatsApp, and social channels.
- Support the smooth digital setup and delivery of our club events (e.g., dinners, darts, bowling, karaoke, board games) across 10 UK cities.
- Assist with outreach and relationship-building with partner venues in new and existing cities.
- Contribute ideas to improve our member experience and community growth.
