Salary: £35,360 base per annum plus £5,000 bonus OTE
Location: Harlow, CM19 5TR (Monday to Friday, 7.30am 4.30pm)

Description:
Are you looking to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment? Join our team at MTR as a Services & Repairs Supervisor, where youll have responsibility for all Services activities within the department. You will ensure a smooth operation is carried out and operational deadlines are met and work closely with the SLT team to drive results of the business.
As part of the team, youll:
Oversee daily operations including data wipe, regrade processes and third party service trials ensuring workflows meet performance targets.
Lead and support the team setting clear expectations, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
Manage compliance and reporting, ensuring accurate data wipe certification, timely reporting and adherence to operational standards.
Maintain stock and parts inventory, supporting efficient repair operations and service delivery.
