Join our team at Exertis UK as a Junior Account Manager, where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of accounts while working collaboratively with vendors and customers to grow market share, all while being provided with best-in-class training and development.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic salary plus commission (up to £55,000 OTE)
Location: Office-based in Basingstoke
As part of the team, you’ll:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to achieve mutual growth
• Use data driven insights to identify growth opportunities, upsell products, and achieve sales targets
• Hit and exceed targets by taking a proactive approach to contacting customers and building relationships over the phone
• Collaborate with a dynamic and driven team to create impactful sales strategies to support brand objectives
• Leverage training and mentorship opportunities in-house with regular management supervision plus guidance from our L&D team in order to grow your knowledge and expertise and progress in your career
