We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Food Service Assistant to join our team. As part of our store team, you’ll play a key role in both customer service and food preparation. You’ll help deliver a high-quality food offer while ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and serving hot and cold food and beverages to company standards.

Providing friendly and professional customer service.

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.

Maintaininghigh standardsof food hygiene,safetyand cleanliness.

Replenishing stock and ensuring food displays are well presented.

Ensuring compliance with health,safetyand company procedures.

Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt,storeand food service area.

What we’ll need from you

A passion for customer service and food preparation.

A positive,reliableand hardworking attitude.

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and develop.

Food service or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
