Certas Energy is seeking a Sales Team Leader on a fixed-term 12-month contract to lead the Customer Account Management team across the South West. You will guide a team of Customer Account Managers, deliver commercial activity plans, and maximise profitability and customer retention.
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure excellent service, drive new business, and optimise pricing and margins while maintaining compliance and a strong Health and Safety culture.
