How you’ll power our business as a Fleet Administrator

As a Fleet Administrator, you will report to the Fleet Admin Manager and support the business by providing a full range of professional administrative services to a consistently high standard and promote a professional image.

Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.

We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.

We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.

  • Here’s what you’ll be doing
  • Responsible for carrying out all administrative duties supporting the commercial vehicle fleet and cars/vans.
  • Keep all fleet records up to date
  • To support the company to fulfil its legal, regulatory and national minimum standards concerning O-licence compliance.
  • To ensure that agreed statistics are produced on a periodic basis
  • Liaising with fleet suppliers to retrieve paperwork and vehicle updates
  • Performance against KPIs for fleet management (cost, service & safety)
  • Supporting with all other ad-hoc administration duties as required

  • Experience of working in a HGV Fleet Administration role
  • Excellent time management, planning and organising
  • Driving licence
