The role of Quality Assurer/Functional Skills Coach is all about taking ownership of Functional Skills whilst supporting the team with the quality assurance side of apprenticeships – this means conducting observations, audits of learner files and quality checks for other members of the team as well as delivering English and Maths courses to a cohort within Exertis. Join us, and you\’ll manage a case load of around 20-30 learners and will also be developed up to Level 5 Teacher qualified. We need your experience in either quality or functional skills; you\’ll develop yourself while developing others in our business.
