Do you take pride in delivering events that run seamlessly, where every detail has been thought through before anyone walks through the door? Are you a natural organiser who can manage multiple events simultaneously without losing control of the detail?
Exeros Technologies is a UK leading provider of vehicle safety, video telematics and AI-powered fleet solutions. For over 15 years, the company has been helping fleets reduce risk, improve compliance and enhance operational visibility through its advanced dash camera and video analytics products. With recent investment from Pembroke VCT, Exeros is entering a transformational phase.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a dedicated events role for someone who lives and breathes event logistics and takes genuine satisfaction in flawless execution. Above all else, we are looking for two things: exceptional organisational ability and an eagerness to help our organisation become more successful in events. The right candidate will be structured, proactive and relentlessly thorough. We need someone who builds the plan, executes the plan and spots the problems before they happen. You will own our events calendar from brief to debrief. That means sourcing, supplier management, attendee communications, on-the-day logistics and post-event reporting. You will work closely with the demand generation manager and commercial teams to ensure every event lands with impact and delivers against clear objectives. This is not an administrative role. You will be expected to bring ideas, shape the events strategy and help define what great looks like for our brand in a live setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and project manage end-to-end logistics for company events - from initial briefing through to post-event wrap-up
- Manage supplier relationships, venue sourcing, attendee communications and on-the-day delivery associated with events
- Maintain detailed event timelines, budgets and task trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support with award submissions
- Work with our content manager to schedule and publish content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
- Work closely with our demand generation manager to ensure that events play a role in our wider demand generation strategies
- Occasionally design marketing materials including social graphics, email headers and event collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced Events Manager (minimum 5 years' experience in an events or similar role), someone who takes pride in being organised, communicates clearly and wants to work in an exciting scale-up environment. You do not need to be an expert in every discipline listed but you do need to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm to learn and a track record of following through on detail. You are likely to have experience in the following:
- Project Management
- Event Planning
- Sourcing and Managing vendors
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Project Management – ability to organise, delegate and track all tasks of a larger project
- Exceptional personal organisation – able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail across written, visual and logistical output
- Clear and confident written communication
- A proactive approach – you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked
- Ability to take feedback well and apply it quickly
- A genuine eagerness to grow – you are motivated by learning new skills and taking on new challenges
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience planning and delivering events, whether in a marketing, comms or operational context
- Experience working in a small team where wearing multiple hats is the norm
- Bonus points for experience with Hubspot and Asana or other similar project management tools
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
As well as an inclusive, supportive place for you to work, we offer a range of benefits:
- Highly competitive salary with the opportunity to help shape the company’s future
- 28 days paid annual leave (includes Christmas shutdown), excluding bank holidays
- Exposure to the very latest vehicle technology with a learning and development budget for further professional development
- Hybrid working, with ideally 2 days per week in our London office
- Recognition and rewards for doing great work and adhering to our values
