Our platform provides secure B2B business accounts, multi-currency payment management, and support for international financial operations, enabling clients to manage complex transactions efficiently and with confidence.
We are currently looking for a Head of Project Delivery (Payments) to own and drive the execution of all payment-related projects within the Operations function. This role is not about coordination - it is about end-to-end delivery ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, across multiple teams, and without compromise on quality. You will act as the central force driving execution, removing blockers, and holding teams accountable.
Responsibilities
- Own the full project delivery lifecycle, including scope definition and decomposition, planning and timeline management, and execution and delivery control.
- Lead cross-functional project execution across Business, Tech/Support, Card Scheme Operations, Finances, AML/Compliance, and external partners and providers.
- Drive execution with a high level of ownership and urgency by proactively identifying blockers, ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving outstanding tasks.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Escalate risks, delays, and bottlenecks to senior leadership when required.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery throughout all stages.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Project or Delivery Management roles.
- Experience in the payments industry, banking, or fintech.
- Strong track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects.
- Proven experience of successful collaboration with external providers and third-party partners.
- Transparent and open communication skills.
- Flexible mindset and open-minded approach to work, with the ability to find creative, non-standard solutions.
- A practical, results-oriented approach without excessive bureaucracy.
- Confident command of English.
