Our platform provides secure B2B business accounts, multi-currency payment management, and support for international financial operations, enabling clients to manage complex transactions efficiently and with confidence.

We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator to take ownership of our internal IT ecosystem, ensuring its stability, scalability, and efficiency. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations while driving improvements in systems, automation, and integrations. This position requires a structured and proactive professional capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to the development of a scalable and well-organized IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Systems Administration & Automation: Own the administration, optimization, and scaling of the company’s IT ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com. Design and implement end-to-end business processes, including complex workflows and cross-system integrations. Drive process reengineering initiatives to eliminate operational bottlenecks and automate routine tasks. Ensure reliability, security, and high availability of all systems and services.
  • IT Asset & Infrastructure Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including needs assessment, procurement, configuration, and global logistics for distributed teams. Oversee deployment, hosting, and maintenance of corporate web resources. Own software license management, including tracking, procurement, and allocation of SaaS subscriptions.
  • Access Management & Security: Administer user access across systems throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding). Design and maintain role-based access control models and conduct regular access audits in line with security policies. Ensure compliance with security standards to minimize risks of unauthorized access.
  • Support & Enablement: Lead digital transformation initiatives by migrating offline processes into scalable IT solutions. Develop and maintain knowledge bases, technical documentation, policies, and training materials. Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing expert support to users during tool adoption and implementation.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Atlassian & BPM: End-to-end support and scaling of the company’s IT ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com.
  • Automation skills: Hands-on experience in configuring integrations and workflows between different services.
  • IT logistics experience: Proven ability to manage procurement and configure equipment for distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • IAM & SaaS management: Strong proficiency with access and license management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Systems analysis: Ability to decompose business processes and efficiently translate them into IT solutions.
  • Mentorship skills: Experience in creating documentation and delivering training sessions for employees.
  • Web administration: Basic knowledge of maintaining web resources (hosting, domains, CMS).
  • Transparent and open communication skills.
  • Flexible mindset and open-minded approach to work, with the ability to find creative, non-standard solutions.
  • A practical, results-oriented approach without excessive bureaucracy.
  • Confident command of English.
