Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care and assist with meal times.
  • Understand and respond to individual health and well-being needs.
  • Encourage participation in social activities, both inside and outside the home.
  • Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect for all residents.
  • Lead, motivate and support a small care team, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
  • Complete and maintain accurate care documentation.
