Pathways, Sutton in Ashfield is looking for Support Workers / Health Care Assistants to join our team at the care home located at Kingfisher Way, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4BR. We offer full and part-time contracts with flexibility required. The rate is £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.81 upon completion of the Exemplar care certificate. Our care home has a CQC rating of 'Good'.

About The Role: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with their daily routines and personal care
- Assisting people at meal times
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home

- Completing and maintaining care records
