In the role, you'll ensure that everything works well and looks its best for everyone who lives, works and visits here.
About the role:
- Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.
- No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- general maintenance
- decorating
- gardening
- plumbing
- tiling
- carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do - whether that's painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people's walls.
