This is a high-impact role with a direct influence on the quality, safety and sustainability of care across Exemplar Health Care. As Workforce Planning and Optimisation Manager, you'll use data-driven insights to ensure our homes have the right colleagues, with the right skills, at the right time, enabling teams to deliver exceptional care and support.
Working closely with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment, you'll identify opportunities to improve workforce deployment, drive operational performance and create lasting improvements that benefit both colleagues and the people we support.
About the role
- Lead workforce optimisation across our homes, working with operational leaders to ensure colleagues are deployed effectively, safely and sustainably.
- Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, turning insight into practical recommendations and action plans.
- Develop and improve workforce planning strategies, ensuring staffing models align with the needs of the people we support, regulatory requirements and operational priorities.
- Drive performance and efficiency improvements, challenging unsustainable practices, reducing reliance on temporary staffing and supporting better workforce forecasting and budget management.
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment, leading a joined-up approach to workforce planning and contributing to wider operational improvement projects.
