We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer (Internal Communications) to help connect, engage, and inform colleagues across Exemplar Health Care.
Working as part of our Marketing Team, you'll create content that helps colleagues understand our priorities, celebrate achievements, and stay connected to our culture and values. We'd love to hear from candidates looking to build on their experience, develop their internal communications expertise, or bring transferable skills from another sector.
About the role
Your day to day will be varied with an overall responsibility for all of Exemplar Health Care’s communications and content.
This may include but not limited to:
- creating engaging content across a range of internal communication channels.
- managing and developing our intranet, colleague app, newsletters, and other colleague communications.
- leading the production of our quarterly The Exemplar Buzz magazine.
- delivering communication campaigns that support colleague engagement, organisational change, learning and development, and recognition initiatives.
- working with colleagues across the organisation to share stories, celebrate success, and promote key messages.
- monitoring engagement and using insights to continuously improve communications.

You’ll join a friendly and collaborative Marketing Team, working on a wide variety of communications projects that have a real impact across the organisation.

Exemplar Health Care began as a healthcare consultancy and training firm. But we soon saw a gap in the sector: a lack of care homes for younger adults living with complex needs.
That insight shaped the mission we still live by today - to transform complex care and provide fulfilling opportunities for the people who need it most.
We’re now proud to have more than 60 care homes across England, providing nursing care for adults living with dementia, neuro-disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
Whoever you are, and whatever experience you bring, there are lots of ways you can help us make every day better for the people we support.
What’s happening at Exemplar Health Care

Whether your goals are in care, nursing, management, quality or support, we provide the confidence, skills and knowledge to help you excel in your role and advance your career, if you wish.
Happy, healthy colleagues mean better care for those we support. We offer a range of initiatives to ensure our colleagues thrive in safe and supportive environments.
