Strong leadership skills are essential, along with experience in team supervision, maintenance scheduling, and building maintenance systems. You’ll be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. In the role, you’ll ensure that everything works well and looks its best for everyone who lives, works and visits here.

Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance
  • Decorating
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks
  • Cover on call emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate a broad range of maintenance skills
  • Knowledgeable about, and experienced in, health and safety legislation and regulations
  • A great communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Someone with digital skills and an understanding of how IT works
  • A team player
  • Kind, caring and understanding
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
  • Willingness to work towards an 18th-edition Electrical Certificate (preferred)
