This is a highly skilled nursing role where you’ll be accountable and responsible for supporting people’s holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills. Tees Grange provides exceptional nursing care for adults with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, neuro‑disabilities and physical disabilities.
- Assessing, planning and implementing care for the people we support
- Providing person‑centred and evidence‑based nursing care

Qualifications and Requirements
Must hold a first‑level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN and be a Registered Mental Health or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN / RNLD).
