About the role:
Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with their personal care
- Assisting people at meal times
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Completing and maintaining care records

Wytham Lodge is a short drive from the A65 and other major roads including the A6068 and A671. There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.
Public transport to Wytham Lodge:
The home is a short walk from several bus stops. Warwick Drive bus stop (stop ID: langdmap), which is accessed by buses 972 and M1 Mainline. Oxford Close bus stops in both directions (stop IDs: langdmam and lanawjgd), which are accessed by buses 65, 972 and M1 Mainline. There are two train stations in the local area. Hapton - 1 mile away (21 minute walk).
