We have a range of in-house leadership and management development programmes to support your career development. \n About Tees Grange \n Located on Norton Road in Stockton-on-Tees, Tees Grange has 30 bedrooms across three small, purpose-built units, creating a homely, and supportive environment that's more responsive to individual needs. \n Tees Grange provides an excellent opportunity for a new manager to hit the ground running, with a Good CQC rating, full occupancy and a trained nurse led team dedicated to making everyday better for the individuals we support. \n The three units at Tees Grange provide care for people with severe cognitive impairment arising from a neurological condition, mental health conditions, behavioural needs, personality disorder and schizophrenia. n About the role \n As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you won't just manage your home, you'll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there. \You'll provide person-centred and quality driven care to ensure that you make every day better for the people who live and work in your home. \n This is both an inward and outward focused position, demanding attention to multiple factors, including but not limited to: \n \n \n quality initiatives and improvement \n \n team leadership and management \n \n recruitment and colleague development \n \n referral management and occupancy \n \n data collection, analysis and interpretation \n \n financial management \n \n customer relationships and marketing to ensure business sustainability and success. \n \n About you \n Above all, you're someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. \n You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, ideally you will be a practicing RMN or an RNLD/RGN with experience in complex mental health and challenging behaviors. \n As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting. \n You're also someone with: \n \n \n a thorough understanding of nursing care best practice, sector specific and employer legislation and governance frameworks \n \n great communication skills, able to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals \n \n the ability to inspire, lead and manage a team \n \n excellent time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines \n \n an excellent range of clinical, business, digital and operational skills. \n \n \n excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities and career prospects \n \n retail and lifestyle reward discounts \n \n excellent bonus scheme upon meeting KPIs \n \n excellent pension plan \n \n Bupa health care cover \n \n electric car salary sacrifice scheme \n \n life assurance \n \n paid access to the RCNi Learning platform \n \n 24/7 counselling and support \n \n Blue Light Card eligibility. \
