Overview: Night Nurse Manager / RGN, RMN, RNLD – Birch View, Coventry. Part of Exemplar Health Care. Full-time contract (42 or 48 hours per week available).
Location: Sherwood Jones Close, Radford, Coventry, CV6 1QT. Salary: £24.66 per hour (up to £56,400 per annum). This is a senior nursing leadership role focused on delivering high-quality person-centred care and leading a nursing and care team within the home.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the home’s care and nursing teams to meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support.
- Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage all unit clinical elements and risks.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately.
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, including oversight, review and update of their care profiles.
- Supervise and manage the unit’s ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of medication.
About You and Qualifications:
- First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
- Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or qualifications.
- Experience leading a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates and Health Care Assistants.
- Thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Good standard of digital skills.

Birch View is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading nursing care provider. The home supports adults with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. Birch View offers 38 en-suite bedrooms across three units, each with its own dining room, lounge and sensory bathroom. The setting aims to be homely and responsive to individual needs.
Fully paid, 3-week bespoke induction begins May 2026.
