About the role

As an Activities Coordinator you will organise and lead meaningful, entertaining activities for the people we support, empowering them to live fulfilled and happy lives.

Responsibilities

  • Organise individual activity plans based on people’s unique goals and interests.
  • Foster community spirit through group activities.
  • Support people to maintain their current hobbies and interests and to take up new ones, including educational opportunities.
  • Assist people to become more involved in their local community.
  • Celebrate national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements.
  • Promote choice, dignity and independence.
