Contract type: Various hours available - full time 8-8 shifts days and nights or part time 6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 4pm-8pm or 6pm-11pm all shifts on a rota, or set days

As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. About the role

Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • support people with their personal care
  • assist people at meal times
  • understand individual health and wellbeing needs
  • encourage and support people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
  • promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
  • complete and maintain care records

We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren’t essential for this role. Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
