Contract type: Part Time – 28 hours per week (Weekends included)
Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the role
As part of the Domestic Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming.
- Cleaning and tidying designated areas throughout the home (bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices).
- Using equipment such as carpet cleaning machines and washing and drying laundry when required.
- Reporting breakages, damage, defects and hazards to management.
- Supporting the promotion of choice, dignity and independence for residents.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience (not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and listening skills.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to care for residents with respect and dignity.
- Adherence to the values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
