The home will offer a caring environment where residents receive the support they need close to their loved ones.

It will feature 33 en-suite bedrooms across three units, providing a homely and responsive environment tailored to individual needs.

This is a fantastic time to join us and be part of the development of a new care home, giving you the chance to make your mark from the very beginning.

Our fully paid, three-week induction starts in January 2025, allowing you to learn about the company, meet colleagues, and complete your training before the home opens.

About the role

This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting people’s holistic needs with clinical and nursing expertise.

You’ll provide high standards of care for adults with complex health needs, focusing on maximising independence and daily living skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing, planning, and delivering person-centred nursing care
  2. Administering medication safely
  3. Promoting health and wellbeing
  4. Being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift
  5. Managing behaviours of concern
  6. Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
