The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Carpentry based multi trader to work on reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and small refurbishment works.

Must have own tools and transport (possibility of company van in the future). Good work ethic and quality work essential. Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team. Leadership skills would be an advantage. Must be a good communicator and able to complete progress of works on a mobile App.

Normal Working Hours 8.00am to 4.30pm with enhanced rate after 6.00pm and weekends. Mileage allowance for travel. 28 days paid holiday per year and 5% contribution to pension. References required.
