Exedra Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team in Pirbright, near Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically capable architect who enjoys working across all stages of design, from early concept development through to technical delivery and completion. You will be involved in a varied range of projects and will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider Exedra team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing design proposals from concept through to detailed design
  • Preparing planning, tender and construction information
  • Coordinating with consultants, clients and contractors
  • Contributing to project meetings and design reviews
  • Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with project requirements
  • Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate

About you:

  • ARB registration and/or RIBA Part III qualification
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Experience across relevant project stages
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A good understanding of UK planning and building regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant architectural software
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
