We’re looking for a Team Lead to oversee recruitment projects, manage key German-speaking client accounts, and manage one team member, all while contributing to a more ethical and impactful way of recruiting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects: from client brief to offer negotiation.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, particularly German-speaking accounts.
- Source top talent using Boolean and advanced search strategies.
- Handle multiple international assignments across different industries.
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Manage and support 1 direct report, offering guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and industry developments.
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of experience in a recruitment role (consultancy/ agency/ recruitment firm/ executive search or in-house).
- Track record of managing multiple searches and working with KPIs.
- Experience handling client relationships or managing accounts directly.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Xing, etc.).
- CRM experience (Avature is a plus, not required).
- Confident on the phone and making cold calls.
- Native German speaker + fluent English.
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative.
- Experience or interest in mentoring or leading others.
