MISSION

The Retail Manager will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies in order to drive sales growth in the assigned points of sale. They will also help manage the merchandising and design of the retail environment as well as help identify new opportunities and build trusting and lasting relationships with various distributors, resellers and other partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promoting and supporting the sales of the company’s products in the assigned POS;
  • Managing the 3D projects, by supporting the Marketing Department (supplying all necessary info regarding the POS evaluating products and sales data);
  • Supporting the sales force by training on products (technical features, materials, mechanisms, etc.) using the company’s portal and other sales tools;
  • Giving Partners all necessary advice about product display, Visual Merchandising; customer management in the POS, marketing plan and local promotional activities
  • Deciding and managing the colour combinations and mood colours of the products in the exhibitions, as well as the visual of the settings;
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors;
  • Participating in international and local fairs (ex: Cologne, Milan);
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research;
  • Meeting the determined regional sales objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A combination of retail sales and store management experience of at least 3 years within a relevant sector. Luxury Furniture experience a very strong plus
  • Proven track record of planning, setting and hitting KPIs and sales targets
  • Team management and development skills experience
  • Experience in budgeting, admin and forecasting
  • Located in London or in a commutable distance
  • Open to travel 2/3 days per week in the UK
