The Role
Initially, this will be a part-time (15 to 20 hours a week) and fixed-term project but as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in our growth, taking on diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and finesse. From market research and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and more, your contributions will be crucial in propelling our company to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects across international markets.
- Employ innovative approaches to attract top-tier candidates via traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Conduct insightful candidate interviews and craft detailed, analytical reports.
- Drive candidate selection processes with precision and expertise.
- Navigate negotiation scenarios with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage relationships with clients and candidates, keeping the pipeline up-to-date at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback on interview outcomes with a professional consultant approach.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially over the phone, in Dutch (Mother tongue) and English (C1-C2).
- Right to legally work in the UK (we cannot yet offer sponsorship).
- Ideally, the ability to come to our office in West London (W10) at least a couple of days a week.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with a track record of delivering results.
- A university degree demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- A self-starter mentality with a penchant for assertiveness and initiative.
