Mission
As they move into an aggressive growth phase across the UK, they aren\’t just opening doors—they are building a legacy. Your mission as HR Director / Manager is to transition them from their first UK boutiques into a nationwide powerhouse.
You will be the architect of their human capital strategy, moving beyond day-to-day administration to serve as a key growth partner. Your primary objective is to design and execute a recruitment and culture framework that can scale rapidly, ensuring that every new branch reflects the high-end, luxury standards that have made us a global leader.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Lead the recruitment strategy for all new UK branch openings.
- Team Leadership: Transition from a solo lead to building and managing a dedicated HR department.
- Full Lifecycle HR: Manage everything from payroll and contracts to medical check-ups and training.
- Management Support: Act as the primary advisor for boutique managers on employee relations and performance.
- Luxury Culture: Define onboarding and internal events to ensure every branch meets its global luxury standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record as an HR Manager/Director, with an understanding/interest in Luxury experience.
- Scaling Expertise: Experience managing HR for a growing company with multiple locations.
- Luxury Mindset: Exceptional communication, discretion, and a \”service-first\” approach.
- Qualifications: Deep knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, and talent management.
- Presence: A full-time commitment of 5 days per week in the office is required to lead this growth phase effectively.
