REPORTS TO: UK Country Manager

They are looking for a dynamic leader to manage their beautifully designed branch, right in the heart of the community. Your mission is to drive sales, build their brand, and establish their presence in your local area. No prior experience? No problem! RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead with Autonomy: Take the reins of your own agency and operate it independently, with tailored support from head office.
  • Become an Expert: Master the art of assessing and purchasing precious metals, building trust and rapport with every client.
  • Create an Exceptional Experience: Use your interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure flawless branch operations and a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Drive Growth: Execute their innovative marketing strategy in collaboration with your regional manager to boost sales and market presence.
  • Build Your Team: Recruit and lead a small, local team to help spread the word and grow our business.
