Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Chartered Financial Planners
  • Report directly to the Practice Manager
  • Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and manage client servicing
  • Maintain and update client records using internal CRM systems (Intelliflo Office)
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure timely follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Support onboarding of new clients using EWS’s paperless systems
  • Assist in managing the advisers' diaries and meeting arrangements

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Must have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Must have experience with IO (Intelliflo Office) and some experience with Genovo, FE Analytics and/or CashCalc
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong team working ethic
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with FCA compliance and regulatory frameworks

Desirable

  • Some progress towards CII RO qualifications (potential support for further study towards these qualifications if only part achieved)
  • Experience in producing high level reports via above platforms
  • Paraplanning experience
