We’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of EPOS and technology solutions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

This role sits at the heart of operations, owning projects through planning, installation, and go-live, often tied to fixed deadlines and peak trading periods where delivery directly impacts revenue and customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver projects end-to-end: planning, installation, go-live, and handover
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in time-sensitive environments
  • Own timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery (logistics, install, configuration, support)
  • Support on-site deployments and ensure smooth go-lives
  • Lead structured handovers into support and account management
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and protect delivery quality

What we’re looking for

  • Experience delivering technology or service-based projects in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors or subcontractors
  • Comfortable working to fixed deadlines and high-pressure delivery schedules
  • Strong organisational skills and clear, confident communication
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance scope, time, and resources

Desirable:

  • Experience with EPOS, deployments, or field-based delivery
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday, Smartsheet, or MS Project

Why this role?

A high-impact delivery role where you’ll own projects that directly affect live operations, revenue, and customer experience ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, operational environments.
