Job Purpose: We currently have a position available for a Dynamics BC / GP Consultant. The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation of complete customer solutions, and will possess excellent knowledge of Dynamics BC / GP along with good experience of related reporting, integration and customisation tools. Responsibilities also include end user training, data migration and contributing to presales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the clients business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways Dynamics BC / GP will add value to their business.
  • Planning and executing the implementation of Dynamics BC / GP, providing regular progress updates to the client.
  • Assist with project communication and best practise throughout the system implementation.
  • Inspire and guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of Dynamics BC / GP.
  • Provide on-going support to businesses once the system roll out has been completed.

  • Presentation skills and the ability to train others.
  • Process design and tracking skills.
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to define and document processes.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to manage and balance interests of the client and organisation.

  • Knowledge of BC, related integration, reporting and customisation tools, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Work Experience:

  • Experience of full project life cycle of implementation.
  • Experience of training clients internal IT/training team.
  • Experience of corporate communications either as an employee or manager/consultant.
