Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team, creating and implementing marketing strategy, and delivering a programme of activity to support business plans.

Experience in engaging with teams and a working understanding of the function and goals to create this programme of activity is essential.

Liaising with key stakeholders and leadership teams, you'll represent the marketing function at a senior level and therefore be a proven communicator who builds strong working relationships.

You’ll lead and mentor direct report(s), ensuring all colleagues reach their potential whilst delivering multiple plans on time and on budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of marketing programmes which deliver solid pipeline for sales teams.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of successful integrated campaigns across a variety of channels and at all stages of the purchase journey.

Scrupulous budget management, reporting, and analytical skills are crucial to the role, as is your ability to understand and create value propositions and deliver campaigns that hit defined objectives and demonstrate RoI.
