About Us: We are the world's only data-driven platform to identify and monitor material ESG risks and opportunities for the C-suite. Having just completed a fund raise, we are an exciting, fast-growing company. We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager who can help us develop our global position as the leading external risk management software, trusted by blue-chip companies and global partners.

Location: Remote / London

Purpose: You will create inbound marketing programmes using content and paid adverts to drive traffic to our website as well as social media and create sales leads.

Job Responsibilities: You will own the full process and be competent to deliver outputs including:

  • Content creation
  • SEO - Search Engine Optimisation
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Blogging
  • Conversion optimisation
  • Landing page creation and optimisation
  • Use of the HubSpot content management and content optimisation systems
  • Marketing analytics and reporting
  • The creation of marketing offers and how to package and promote them
  • Lead nurturing and marketing automation
  • Dig into complex business processes to help streamline marketing strategy
  • Marketing campaign creation
  • Work with internal teams to maximise outputs

About You: Have a passion for marketing, learning, innovation, problem-solving and automation. Ideally HubSpot certified (if not, you will need to complete your certification). An interest in ESG - we are a purpose-led business with a team that is passionate about making the world a better place. At least 4 years experience in Digital Marketing, Creative writing, Journalism.

Skills and experience: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and act decisively. Project management. Multitask under time constraints and pressure.

The package: This is a full-time position. We offer flexible working hours when needed, plus 25 days of paid holiday in addition to.
