We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Manager — a proactive, organised, commercially minded problem-solver who can help keep a growing business running smoothly day to day.
This is a broad, varied SME-style role where no two days are the same. You’ll support across IT, HR, Ops, Finance, Legal, and general business operations, while also owning simple, standardised client and supplier contracts.
What you’ll do:
✔ Keep the business organised, efficient, and moving forward
✔ Support teams with everyday operational challenges
✔ Manage client and supplier contracts (standard, non-complex)
✔ Improve processes and support new systems/tools
✔ Act as a friendly, reliable go-to person across the company

✨ Great with people, communication, and organisation
✨ Comfortable juggling IT/HR/Ops/Finance basics
