A growing consumer products business supplying major UK retailers is looking for a Finance & Operations Assistant to join their small, fast-paced team. This is a highly varied role for a proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys working across finance, operations and business support. You will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero, support the implementation of a stock control/ERP system, analyse stock and commercial data, and assist with general office and administrative tasks.
The role offers excellent exposure to the inner workings of a scaling retail supplier and would suit someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to play a key role in improving systems and processes.
Key Requirements- Experience using Xero
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small business environment
- Retail, wholesale or consumer products experience is beneficial
Full-time role with 3 days per week in a Central London office initially, moving to more flexible hybrid working after the first few months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and make a real impact across finance and operations.
