We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to manage all client contracts with marketing agencies, as well as some supplier agreements. This role is ideal for someone with a para-legal background or similar experience, with a strong understanding of contract management and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
