Measures:
- % of Clients that roll over the initial 6-month period
- Monthly average value of revenue
- Average tenure of clients presenting monthly updates to Leadership Team and demonstrating how you plan to retain + grow (price increases / upselling) your Client Portfolio.
THE ROLE: FINER DETAILS
- Understanding what success looks like for each Client and what parts of the ecosystem they will see value in.
- Setting the strategy, approach and KPIs and writing account plans for each Client. Running the induction process to ensure clients are transitioned from sales to delivery and the team is set up for success.
- Client satisfaction. Building and nurturing senior Client relationships and meeting face to face regularly to spot early warning signs and be able to act on them quickly.
- Be a senior point of escalation for the client.
- Chairing Quarterly Business Reviews and adjusting strategy and activity plans based on the results. Successful line management of SADs/ADs and responsible for your team’s progression.
- Setting clear KPIs, providing on-the-job feedback and coaching. Supporting the SADs/ADs with their line management duties.
- Sharing insights and best practice with the team in the weekly team meetings.
- Ensuring Hubspot is up to date weekly with all opportunities for your clients from the ecosystem.
