About the job

Our expert team of new business strategists develops highly bespoke growth strategies, backed by data and insights.

You’ll be responsible for executing these plans for each of your clients. This involves using research, content, thought leadership, and events to deliver relevant value-added assets to your target audience via bespoke calls and digital channels.

Your role includes tracking the success of outreach efforts and nurturing individuals through every stage of the sales funnel—from early-stage, marketing-engaged prospects to fully sales-qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

  1. New business campaign execution: You’ll be the primary person deploying all new business outreach activities.
  2. Outbound communication: Proficiency in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to pitch ideas and secure introductions.
  3. Relationship nurturing: Building and maintaining long-term relationships and managing your pipeline effectively is crucial.

Account Management

  1. Reporting: You will manage four agency clients, owning their pipelines and ensuring the HubSpot CRM system is accurate and up-to-date. You’ll participate in weekly status calls and prepare detailed meeting packs for opportunities.
  2. Client interaction: Regularly visiting clients’ offices provides exposure to top marketing professionals.

What makes you successful?

Core skills include proactivity, articulation, and curiosity—these are non-negotiable. Excellent communication with colleagues, senior clients, and prospects is vital, requiring outstanding verbal and written skills.
