Overview: We are looking to hire a driven, proactive, and high-performing Account Manager to work with our market-leading Learner Management System for independent training providers. Please note this is a remote working position with occasional travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Create strong relationships with prospects to understand their pains and help them to understand the suitability of our solution.
- Provide rich software demonstrations.
- Help prospects navigate their decision-making process towards a successful sale.
- Responsible for forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Knowledge of the operations of independent training providers and/or apprenticeships.
- Experience of presenting information to & engaging with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse problems and provide creative solutions.
- Preferable to have an understanding of LMS or similar solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Driven to reach sales targets.
