Sales & Marketing Recruitment Specialist , with 54 client recommendations!!!
You will lead your account management team, cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, and drive tactical delivery of new business initiatives. Working closely with clients, you will proactively develop innovative strategies and activation plans to support their business goals, with a core focus on client retention, portfolio growth (15 agency clients), and revenue expansion. You will also provide clear team leadership, ensuring your team has the direction, tools, skills, and motivation to succeed and grow.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Success Measures:
1. Net revenue retention and growth across 15 client accounts.
2. Percentage of client contracts that roll over their initial period together with analysis of average client tenure (i.e. quarterly)
3. Percentage of clients exceeding monthly KPIs including revenue per client and upsell/expansion of SOW opportunities
4. Minimum 1 x in-person meeting with each client every month.
5. Team development and individual performance against targets
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning/decision making:
· Set strategy, approach, KPIs, and write detailed account plans for each client.
· Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), adjusting strategies based on outcomes.
Performance Reporting:
· Presenting Bi-Weekly to Leadership team on monthly KPI metrics for each of your clients
· Presenting monthly updates to Leadership Team and demonstrating how you plan to retain + grow (price increases / upselling) your Client Portfolio.
Stakeholder Management:
· Maintain and grow senior client relationships, conducting regular in-person meetings to pre-empt risks and address issues swiftly.
· Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
· Developing and implementing financial strategies, including budget planning and cost analysis including scope growth opportunities.
· Define client success measures and identify opportunities within the broader ecosystem.
Operational Management:
· Oversee client onboarding, ensuring seamless transition from sales to delivery.
· Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitor performance metrics.
· Ensure weekly HubSpot updates with all client ecosystem opportunities for each Client.
· Successfully line-manage Senior Account Directors (SADs) and Account Directors (ADs), setting KPIs, coaching, and supporting their development.
· Support team members with their own line management duties.
· Share market trends/insights and best practices in weekly team meetings.
